Cho Tak Wong is an internationally renowned entrepreneur and philanthropist. Under his leadership over five decades, Fuyao has evolved from a local factory into a worldwide leading multinational industrial group with production, marketing and R&D facilities across 12 countries and 18 provincial-level regions in China. Today, its products are widely recognized by the global major automakers. In recent years, Fuyao has successively obtained numerous honors and qualifications, including China Quality Award and national demonstration enterprise in intelligent manufacturing, innovation and green production.

Adhering to the principles of law-abiding operation and social dedication, and the traditional Chinese business principle of “righteousness and profit promoting each other”, Cho Tak Wong has offering suggestions to improve China’s competitiveness in the global arena, and committing himself to social welfare,  with total charitable donations reaching nearly RMB 26 billion  up to now. In 2010, he donated 300 million Fuyao Glass shares  held by himself  to set up Heren Charitable Foundation, China’s first national private fundraising foundation established with equity assets. The foundation has supported nearly 260 charity projects and funded the founding of Fuyao University of Science and Technology in 2021 to nurture innovative talents.

He has received top honors including the the National Outstanding Individual in the Fight against COVID-19 , O utstanding Private Entrepreneur in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening Up , N ational accolades for poverty alleviation and COVID-19 contributions, Phoenix Award, which is the most prestigious prize in the global glass industry , and EY World Entrepreneur of the Year . He is recognized  as an outstanding representative of Chinese entrepreneurs and philanthropists.

A pioneer in institutional innovation, Cho Tak Wong helped establish China’s first talent exchange market, introduced the independent director system to domestic enterprises, won China’s first WTO anti-dumping case for the industry, and pioneered foundation establishment through stock donation.

Tso Fai, born in 1970, is a member of the China National Democratic Construction Association.   Holding an MBA degree, he is a Senior Engineer and Senior Economist. He currently serves as Director and Chairman of the Board at Fuyao Group, and concurrently holds prominent social positions including Member of CPPCC National Committee, ACFIC Standing Committee, CNDCA Central Committee, as well as President of FJCCPE and Honorary President of FJCF.

Tso Fai joined Fuyao in 1989, starting from a grassroots position and serving as production team leader and workshop director successively. From 1992 to 1996, he served as President of Sanyi Development Limited and Fuyao (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., responsible for overseas business expansion on all fronts. From 1996 to 2009, he served as Financial Director and President of Greenville Glass Industries Inc., the United States and President of Fuyao North America Inc., responsible for business development in North America. He led the team to deal with and win the first anti-dumping case after China joined the WTO. From 2006 to 2015, he served as President of Fuyao Group, leading R&D innovation, building nine national scientific research platforms, promoting the intelligent upgrading of production lines, establishing a systematic budgeting system, and improving the lean management system. From 2015 to 2025, he served as Vice Chairman of the company. During this period, he pioneered innovative governance approaches and actively explored pathways for development. His focus encompassed technological research and development, extending industrial chains, driving industrial upgrading, accelerating green transformation, and refining global operations. These initiatives significantly enhanced the Company's core competitiveness and global influence, making substantial contributions to its high-quality development.

Besides, Tso Fai founded Fujian Triplex Investment Group Co., Ltd. (holding multiple subsidiaries) in 2018 and continues to serve as its chairman. He leads the extension of industrial chains, builds full-process capabilities in glass production, automotive aluminum trim, and glass assembly supply, and improves the industrial ecosystem.

Mr. Shu Ye joined Fuyao Group in 2003 and has served Fuyao Group continuously for more than 20 years, successively serving as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Fuyao Group Subsidiary, Director of Procurement and Supply Management Department of Fuyao Group, Vice President and CEO of Fuyao Group.

Dedicated to improving Fuyao supply chain system, Mr. Shu Ye has managed to build an intelligent coordination platform for Fuyao Group in more than 10 years. He further fosters a continuous and good cooperative relationship with hundreds of suppliers worldwide, playing a positive role in promoting a globalized, green, intelligent, innovative and win-win situation for China's Auto Parts Industry Chain.

Since assuming office in 2017, Mr.Shu Ye, as the CEO of Fuyao Group, has led the Group to withstand the global automotive industry downturn, Sino-US trade frictions, COVID-19 outbreak, maintaining a sustained, stable and healthy development of the enterprise.

In 2020, despite the severe COVID-19 outbreak and a sudden change in international situation, Mr. Shu Ye has led Fuyao Group to achieve a remarkable counter-trend growth.

Curie Chen joined Fuyao Group in 1989 with over 30 years of service. He has sequentially served as Export Manager, Deputy General Manager and Director of Fuyao Group. Currently, he holds the position of Vice President of Fuyao Group, in charge of Global ARG Sales, and concurrently serves as General Manager of Fuyao Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. 

Cuire is a key pioneer of Fuyao's ARG business, leading Fuyao to being a leading global supplier of automotive glass for the aftermarket. He possesses extensive experience in supply chain management including OEM business, production, quality, procurement, sales and logistics, as well as operations of Fuyao's domestic and overseas automotive glass divisions.

Since 2019, he has led the development of the CARG Global Automotive Glass System and Fuyao's global ARG software system, playing a critical role in Fuyao's digital transformation.

He promoted the large-scale application of Fuyao's “one product, one unique code” traceability system in China's automotive repair market. Through full cooperation with Edows, a service platform for VGRRR (vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration) franchisees, he ensures quality assurance in the final installation stage, turning the commitment “Choose genuine Fuyao glass for safe journeys” into reality.

In November 2020, he initiated the  CARG&AGTSS National competition (biennial), co-hosted by Fuyao and Edows, setting standards for the standardized and regulated operation of the VGRRR industry.

Mr. Chen graduated from Beihang University in 1989, majoring in Management Information Systems, Department of Systems Engineering.
