On July 4, the seventh edition of the Best Managed Companies (BMC) in China list was released, jointly organized by Deloitte China, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Business School, and Harvard Business Review China. Fuyao Group has been recognized as a Best Managed Company in China for five consecutive years.
This year’s award ceremony was themed “Blooming Like Summer Flowers: Thriving Through Constant Change.” According to the organizers, the key drivers behind the winning companies’ transformative growth are innovation and adaptation. By treating innovation as a lifeline and transformation as a core imperative, these enterprises navigate change with agility and resilience, achieving sustained vitality and growth.
Fuyao stands out for its strong independent innovation capabilities, relentless pursuit of new growth trajectories, and bold exploration of new markets. By leveraging technology, the company fosters new demand, new productivity, and enhanced ecosystem collaboration. Within the industrial ecosystem, Fuyao has significantly accelerated supply chain coordination, actively engaged in industry-wide initiatives, and demonstrated clear leadership across the value chain.
Launched in China in 2018, the BMC program is currently the only international award in China dedicated to comprehensive evaluation of corporate management systems, with seven successful editions to date. The six-month rigorous selection process includes confidential nominations, executive interviews, and expert assessments. Using the globally recognized Deloitte BMC Excellence Framework, the evaluation covers four core dimensions: strategy, capabilities, commitment, and financial performance, through the CXO Excellence Lab.
