How it works

Extruded Encapsulation

PU extrusion encapsulation produces single-piece PU trim strips through die-casting molds, which are then assembled onto the glass. The die-casting molds allow various cross-section designs and can be operated by robotic arms. After curing under humid conditions, the extruded PU forms U-shaped encapsulation or separating blocks.

Adhesive Encapsulation

Adhesive encapsulation bonds the trim strips to the glass using adhesive. The bonding process is stable and cost-effective, suitable for trim strips with simple or complex cross-sections as well as multi-component co-extrusion designs. This design also fulfills requirements for noise reduction and dust prevention.
