Trial fitting and positioning is a simple but vital step affecting installation safety. 

The industry standard QC/T984-2014 Requirements for Automotive Glass Replacement and Installation clearly stipulates that the glass shall be trial-fitted on the window frame and marked for positioning before bonding. Many rework cases are caused by skipping this key step, leading to customer complaints and low satisfaction. Forcible installation will not only cause hidden troubles such as air leakage and water seepage, but also reduce driving safety due to insufficient bonding strength.
